Refund policy

At PopCrate, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made with care.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll be happy to help with a replacement or refund.
🕒 1. Return Window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, and

You provide valid proof (clear photos or unboxing video).
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or wrong size ordered

Non-defective products
-
Customized or personalized designs (unless damaged)
📦 2. How to Request a Return
To start a return or replacement, please email support@popcrate.in within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number
-
Unboxing video and photos clearly showing the issue

Description of the problem
We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and next steps.
⚠️ Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
🔍 3. Review & Resolution
Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it.
If the issue is verified, we’ll either:

Send you a replacement, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the product is found to be in good condition or the claim invalid, we’ll notify you and no refund/replacement will be issued.
🚚 4. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, please notify us immediately.
We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and resolve it as soon as possible.

🔁 6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need a replacement for the same item, email support@popcrate.in with photos and your order details.
🚚 4. Automatic Pickup Process
All approved returns are picked up directly by our vendor (Qikink) via their courier network.
Customers do not need to visit courier offices or ship products manually.
Pickup attempts are usually made within 2–3 working days of approval.
